Unlimited classes
This membership allows the user to attend unlimited studio classes at Renaissance Yoga and Wellbeing

Minimum contract term
This contract has a minimum term commitment of 12 monthly payments. This is a rolling contract and will continue on to another 12 month contract after the initial 12 month period until the user terminates the contract.

Booking and cancellation policy
Users need to pre-book their classes as normal and must abide by the studio booking and cancellation policy

Late payments
Memberships are charged to the users credit/debit card information held on file. If due fees are not paid within 10 calendar days a £20 late payment will be chargeable.

Suspensions
Users are permitted to suspend their membership for up to one month for a fee of £20, on a maximum of two occasions in 12 months. Suspended periods do not count towards the overall minimum term of the contract which the user needs to fulfil. The suspension form should be submitted online no later than 7 days in advance. Terminations
Users are permitted to terminate their membership once the initial period of 12 months has passed. The termination form should be submitted online no later than 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle. See termination form.

 

Early termination
If the user wishes to exit the agreement early without fulfilling the minimum contract term, an early cancellation fee of £150 will be chargeable.

Injury, sickness, pregnancy
Should the user be unable to attend classes due to injury, sickness, or pregnancy, they are required to provide evidence from their registered GP. These cases will be assessed on an individual basis and suspension/termination fees may be chargeable.
