Yoga
Join Niki for a nurturing winter escape in the peaceful Buda Hills in Budapest. There will be two extended 90 minutes yoga sessions a day.
Morning practice: Energising Vinyasa flow and pranayama (breath work) to awaken and energise your body.
Evening practice: Slow flow, restorative, or Yin yoga followed by meditation or Yoga Nidra to deeply relax and restore.
All yoga sessions held in our private luxury yoga room. Perfect for all levels — from beginners to experienced yogis. Yoga mats and props are provided.
Accommodation
Stay onsite at a luxury venue nestled within a beautiful nature reserve in the Buda Hills — 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by public transport from Budapest city centre.

Rooms come with fresh bedding, towels, tea and coffee facilities, and access to the sauna and hot tub.

Extra activities
Sunday: Guided hike through the forest to a panoramic lookout tower.
Monday: City day with Niki, a Budapest local, exploring both famous sights and hidden gems. (Please cover your own public transport and entrance fees.)
Travel & Insurance
Flights to Budapest are not included. Budapest is a short 2.5-hour flight from London with departures from Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, and Stansted airports. Transfers from the airport to the venue are not included. However, it can be easily accessed via public transport or cab.
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, travel delays, illness, and physical activities including yoga.

Niki Puspoki
Niki is a South London-based yoga teacher and women’s wellness professional passionate about supporting individuals who identify as women, as well as those assigned female at birth. Specialising in menstrual health, PCOS, endometriosis, and post-hysterectomy recovery, she uses yoga and holistic healing to help clients feel stronger, more connected, and empowered in their bodies.
With over 8 years of experience, Niki has trained extensively with renowned experts such as Tiffany Cruikshank, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Ana Forrest, Jambo Truong, and has completed the Poppy Approach training founded by Cat Allen. She combines this advanced training with diverse styles including Vinyasa, Forrest, Restorative, Prenatal, Postnatal, Yin, and Yoga for Female Health to create accessible practices tailored to each woman’s unique health journey.

The retreat centre chosen by Craig again is Bamboo yoga retreat that was said to be among the best yoga and mindfulness retreats in 2018 by the guardian. Set on the beautiful Polem Beach in South Goa where Craig has spent much time and so know the area well. Craig wishes to take you on this yoga holiday and share the practices from yoga, buddhism and shamanism and setting that He has both found so life enriching and healing. This is an ideal opportunity to deepen your existing yoga practice or begin a new one. Practices with be able to cater for beginners and more experienced students. Accommodation is in beach huts that you can either share with a friend or a new friend that you meet at the retreat or take as single occupancy. The Yoga Shala has the full view of the beach in the southern most corner of Polem. Polem is the last beach in the state of South Goa and with so little there its like being on a desert Island. But not too far to get to the relative civilisation of Patnem and Palolem.
Prices do not include: Flights, transfers, Indian tourist visa, Travel insurance, spa treatments and therapies, excursions, beach towels. Extra can be paid for seafood dishes, alcoholic drinks and extra nights for late check out (this can be sorted directly with Bamboo Yoga at the earliest opportunity to guarantee your place).
But do include:All yoga and meditation practices, 7 nights accommodation in simple but beautiful ensuite beach huts, morning juices, fruit and tea, vegetarian brunch and evening buffet.

8.30 Morning Practice of a Forrest yoga ceremony including chanting
meditation and an intelligently sequenced and themed Forrest yoga practice. .
11.30 vegetarian brunch Free time to the in the beach, local shops or excursions
3.00 Tea, fruit and cookies
4.30 Afternoon yoga. This session will either have more of a restorative/yin feel with Yoga nidra or practices such as transformational breathing/shamanic journeying etc, taking us to the beautiful goan sunsets.
6.30 Vegetarian Buffet Free time to rest in the retreat lounge and bar, or stare at the stars until bed allowing the sounds of the waves to send you to sleep.
Check in from 1pm, Retreat will begin at 5.30pm on the first day and finish after brunch on the last day.

Craig Norris MSc
With over 20 years teaching experience, Craig has dedicated his life to studying various forms of yoga, meditation and chanting, including Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Satyananda, and Forrest styles. He has further deepened his practice and teaching with studies in meditation and chanting as well as in yoga therapy with Yoga Campus and the Yoga Biomedical Trust. He has great love for the traditional in yoga and has studied Sanskrit and Vedic chanting in London and India. He also hold an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology.
